Professional Excellence Path Career Plans
The PEP Career Planning process establishes a framework to help team members define their work/professional and personal goals and align their career goals with the goals of your firm. This is done on a year-by-year basis for up to five years in the future. When reached, the goals set in the Career Planning process will help your firm be more successful and will help team members develop much more quickly and in the right direction to lead your firm in the future.

Professional Excellence Path Mentoring Program
The PEP Mentoring Program is a key part of the career planning process. In formal and informal sessions a mentor or mentors help by providing technical guidance, offering professional advice, and giving encouragement to the team member. Mentors also help team members understand and adapt to the culture of your firm. The goal is for each team member to become a self-directed learner working to develop his or her technical competence and overall business skills. A formal mentoring program enhances opportunities for team members and for mentors by creating learning partnerships.

Professional Excellence Path Academy
The PEP Academy provides guidelines and an organized system for tracking and rewarding a team member’s continuing education and professional development in live instructional environments; reading and/or listening to/viewing books, tapes and other materials; providing clients with exceptional service and appropriate products; and participating in practice development activities. The PEP Academy is part of every participating team member’s Career Plan.

Professional Excellence Path Library
The PEP Library list is an integral part of the PEP Academy. Materials on the PEP Library list have been categorized in “tracks” for completion of the PEP Academy - Attitude, Marketing/Sales, and Administration/Operations. Suggested items are defined to guide PEP Academy participants. Other items may be included or substituted as new materials are published and reviewed.

Professional Excellence Path Individual Marketing Plans
The PEP Individual Marketing Plans are designed to help a firm’s team members meet their marketing goals in the following areas: participation/leadership in a civic organization, developing client interaction skills, participation/leadership in client review meetings, meeting with business clients, implementing additional services to existing clients, developing a unique value proposition, developing relationships with referral sources, getting referrals, niche development, and bringing new clients to the firm. The plan includes measureable tasks for the completion of each goal.

Professional Excellence Path Leadership and Supervisory Training*
This leadership development program is designed to expose team members to leadership characteristics and present leadership training to identified existing leaders and potential leaders within your organization. It is expected that the training will result in leadership behaviors that promote employee satisfaction and increase productivity, which will in turn result in the continued growth of the organization. This is designed to be a two year program consisting of 5 half-day sessions in the first year and 5 half-day sessions in the second year. Session topics include Leadership Characteristics; I’m OK, You’re OK; Stress Management; Effective Communication; Motivating your Employees; Team Building; Conflict Resolution; Conducting Team Member Evaluations; Accountability; and Mentoring.

Professional Excellence Path Implementation and Pricing
The PEP processes are delivered over the Web as a Service application. PEP Processes can be used anywhere you have access to a web browser, and initial implementation is straightforward. Since we provide you with starting templates, and learning materials, all you have to decide is how many team members need access to our system. Consider that the Professional Excellence Path can also be used as a recruitment tool by providing this material to prospective students.

The Professional Excellence Path processes are delivered over the Web through MANAGE to WIN. Manage To Win software automates the Professional Excellence Path processes. The software provides notifications, reminders, and allows managers to easily track the progress of team members in meeting their expectations. A subscription to MANAGE to WIN or their "lite" version, MANAGE Goals is required along with your subscription to the Professional Excellence Path.
